I don't buy their offensive talent as being any better than it was, they don't have a gamebreaker. Unless they lean on Goedert a ton more than they have - which, they might - they're going to be the same offense. It's good, but not good enough to overcome that defense, I don't think.
Desean Jackson can still get down the field and make big plays. He's an upgrade over their gaggle of #2 options they tried last year before trying to wedge Golden Tate in there halfway through the season. Note, I am in no way suggesting he's Tyreke Hill out there, but he's an upgrade over what they had last year.
Their TB situation is better as well with Howard and Miles Sanders compared to the hodge podge of slop they tried at TB last year.
So WR is better, TE is better (assuming Goedert improves over this rookie year), TB is better. I am not sure how one looks at them and says they are the same offense as last year.
Philly is going to be really good (well again, as long as Wentz can stay upright) and this division will be a dog fight. If they lose Wentz, Philly is cooked as there is no Nick Foles to save them this time around.
