9 seems about right.

And Cleveland should be good. Their roster is pretty stacked.

They probably don’t, but I bet they do follow what is being said about them in the media as a whole. There’s a reason why they call it bulletin board material. Being #9 on that list is not disrespect to the Cowboys. There are some very good teams in the NFL. Aside from the love that ESPN always seems to show for the Eagles, all the teams above the Cowboys are justifiably placed. The Eagles just suck and will until the end of time. Take that for what it's worth.
