It says that we aren’t winning games BECAUSE of Zeke. People here have the flawed and outdated thinking that we go as Zeke goes, which simply is not true.

We had a similar record when Zeke went out in 2017. We couldn’t lock up a potential playoff spot against the Seahawks in 2017 with Zeke.

As it has been for a long time in football, you go as far as the trenches and QB can take you. Skill positions are expendable.

I have also noticed people putting down Zeke to prop up Dak or to prop up Zeke to put down Dak.

When Zeke went out in 2017, we were 5-3. He serves his suspension, we lose the next 3 games in embarassing fashion.

The Seattle loss was on Dak and Dez, not zeke.

We will have to see how his foot and health and stats look this year. My guess is that another team may not offer what JJ is offering to him or Dak or Elliot. Unless he gets unleashed this year and has better stats then the 100 million dollar WR. If Cooper wants the money then he will sign it. I would play for what he is making this year and if Gallup and other WR were taking my stats then I may look like a team player and maybe ask for a touch more guaranteed money and sign it. Lol. But I am A Cowboys fan and would want to be A Cowboy for life...

And he isn’t going to be in football shape coming in. He may be in good running shape, but has 0 padded practice or contact. He will be limited in the first few games. Watch him get about 12-15 touches against the giants.

According to some we don't need him against the Giants anyway. Hopefully he'll be back in game shape by game 4.
