Of course Dallas can win some games without him. What would proving Dallas can win without him do? Sign him ASAP, trade him ASAP (hint, he has little trade value as a holdout looking for big money), or put him on ice ASAP and let him sit out until he plays under his current contract. I say get him on the field.

At this very moment (9/1/19 at 2:22pm EST) - do you want Zeke back or do you want to see what we got w/o him? Can we tow the line and win games w/o him and prove to Zeke that we can win w/o him?

I'd have to say that I'm on the fence.

I think I've resigned myself to the fact that a deal ultimately will get done, because neither side has any real alternatives. But I'm not sure that it's best for the team long term if a big money, long term deal does get done?

He’ll be back by then regardless.

I'm on the fence...or more like a 40/60 want him back/don't care.

If we go 2-0 without him (beating NYG and WAS) then I start to care even less. We went years with being held hostage by Romo's health and didn't skip a beat rolling right into being held hostage by Zeke's off the field shenanigans. It's compounded further by the big red goof. I'm growing weary at this point and want a shake-up.

It is okay having strong feelings about the matter but it is only business. There is no need to self-ostracized Elliott even if his sought after contract shall negatively impact the team's salary cap.

Elliott is not a mediocre running back. He is one of, if not, the best running back in the league. The franchise, and its fans, enjoy a significant advantage seeing and having him suit up on Sundays.

well I agree with you on some points but I do not think that the jones feel that way. it has been a 23 year process so far and not much has changed.

I'd say give the agent a deadline of tomorrow 12 noon.

If no deal is reach by then, they should suspend talks until next season.

I do want him back though.

Of course we need him back, I'm not gonna beg though. Jerry is doing a fine job of that.

Screw him or welcome back I’m ok either way it’s not my money or my life.

I’m on Jerry’s side with this but not so much thT I lose sleep or anything I think we’ll be damn good with him and fairly good without

Just not sure if fairly good wins us super bowl .i think zeke is a selfish still immature knucklehead but he remains our best offensive player

Not the most important but the best
