This is one of his best articles. It's right on the nose. There's no toting the company propaganda line, just straight facts about the talent on this team and the expectations. Although he doesn't come right out and say it, the pressure's on the coaching staff to deliver.

Why does he write in this silly, choppy Yankee's writing voice?

It makes him come off like a kid.

I get that Mickey is the epitome of a homer, but, I don't know why everybody hates on him so bad. Just a guy doing his job and probably really enjoys doing it.

Why bother putting anyone on 'ignore' if you are going to look anyway and then post your complaints about what was said? Kinda defeats the purpose.

As I said, just curious sometimes, and reminds me why they are on ignore. Sometimes I will remove them form the ignore list after a while.

As the years go on, he seems to me like he enjoys it less and less (at least watching him on-screen, that's the impression I get). I don't hate him as much as Rowdy, anyway.
