Is there any way that text messages can be verified by say the telecomm in question? I'm don't know how to fake a text msg but I don't doubt that someone can figure it out.

I believe the telecoms preserve text data for a given period of time, but can't hold them indefinitely because storage is limited.

Yes. This broad is a fraud. She literally stated the only reason she is filing anything against him is because he backed out of a $1.6 million partnership. If she was raped she should report it regardless. It's a money grab.

Just read the lawsuit. And there’s more to it than a simple allegation.

•She took a polygraph and passed.
•She has texts of him confirming inappropriate behavior.
•She confided in his chef during the time of alleged assault

Not saying he did it. Not saying she isn’t gold digging. Just saying from the lawsuit she filed, there should be proof and corroboration of what she’s saying because she claims as much.
