I don't like Maranelli and never have. All I'm saying is your frustration with him are misplaced. You're blaming him for talent acquisitions. Its like blaming Kellen Moore for drafting Tony Pollard.

No I am 100% blaming those two picks on Marinelli.... Pollard was a 4th round pick or something. Rod could've had anyone he wanted in those rounds, coulda cared less!

It is bad. First / second round talent. Lawrence, LVE, Smith, Chido, Jones, Lee. Very underwhelming with this talent. Don’t blitze. Don’t stunt. Can’t turn the ball over. Can’t pick em off. Soft, soft, soft. They have a lot of good QBs coming up. Could get exposed. I will also add Taco needs to be traded or suiting up. That crap has to stop.
Lee barely gets to play. LVE should at least be as good as Lee was in his prime

Whatever game you’re seeing in bizzarro-Dallas, Keith, I hope they’re at least fun for you guys.

Nothing is fun for Keith...or anyone around him.

One more drip-drip drop of mindless negativity...he's side-lined to my ignore squad.

Jesus Christ the Commanders had 7 points late into the 3rd quarter. Despite our offense taking a full quarter to pick things up.

What the hell are people watching.

They played a more conservative type defense vs two teams that aren’t explosive. I have no problems with that. They did their job and will only get bettter.

Just have to tackle better

Just finished watching NE shut out Miami. Folks, we will never be like the Pats with Jerry Jones and Garrett at the helm.

Miami had 4 seconds left at the 7 yard line or so. They tried to score. Pats blitzed on thst play tipped the ball and picked it off.

Dallas would never blitz like that. I am soooooooooooo sick of the stupid defensive scheme Marrinelli employs I want him gone now.

He would sit thete allow Miami to score and be happy. Rather than how the Pats play. I want Dallas to be like the Pats. Real champions who with a shut out they go all out to protect it. I like their play and scheme. I am jealous of it. Wish my team had this mentality. We don't so there is that.

I am not now, or ever was or ever will be a fan of Marrinelli and his stupid scheme.

How did I end up in the Brady Bunch forum?

People are frustrated with the style of defense Marinelli plays.

4 man rush. offman/press coverage.

Thats it. The same scheme play after play. the same scheme play after play. etc. etc. etc

aka as Bend But Dont Break.

I personally hate it and I think he should have been fired after the Rams disaster.

I only have one question. Why are the LB’s playing so far back on many plays?

We need Donovan Lewis out there next week. Secondary has absolutely zero ballhawks.

And at this point, if the offense is going to be this good and the D-Line is going to be this mediocre, it might be worth it to just go all-in and trade for Minkah Fitzpatrick.
