I miss Romo. I realize even a lot of cowboys fans didn't like when he played but I loved watching....albeit as infuriating as it was sometimes in the early years. He matured a lot the last couple of years though. Jerry Jones got him killed by not giving him a good consistent O-line. Kept thinking his escapability was enough.

Ironic - I was at that game in Miami - nasty, rainy day with an empty stadium, and I’m going to the game this week as well. I pick one game a year to fly in and see and normally wouldn’t pick this one but needed a 12 noon game because I’m bringing my young 8 month old daughter.

Btw - Romo went on the next week to break his collarbone again and we got destroyed on Thanksgiving day - the worst loss on Thanksgiving in years. But that terrible season led to our 2016 draft so all was worth it.

And my expectations were so high heading into that year. The Giants game was so exciting to open the season. The Romo injury just ruined it.
