Can you trade a pick for a coach currently under contract? That's the best case scenario.
But as everyone knows we need a beast at defensive tackle. But smart teams value stars at that position, so u won't see any available via trade.

I don’t think they need to give up a first round pick to improve the team, but it may be worth giving up a 4th or a 5th to get a trial run on a legit 1 Tech.

Doubt it. Who on this staff do you think they would play for? I mean, the most likely person to take over might be Marinelli. Or Richard. How is that defense playing right now?
On the offensive side, maybe Kitna? Nussmeier has some experience. It isn't like this team is loaded with coaching candidates.

Remove Garrett and install Richard. I know Richard hasn't been great but I DO think the players like him. It's pretty clear they don't like Garrett. He's a loser and they know it. Gotta get a guy like that out of the way. With that said, no matter what this team isn't winning SHIATTTT.......

NO one is saving this season or ANY OTHER future season until we face REALITY.
Our puppet, inept, buffoon of a HC is finally being revealed as the worthless waste of space he has been for 10 YEARS!....let that sink in.... our once proud Cowboys have held on to one of the WORST coaches in the NFL for an entire DECADE.
Our culture SUCKS...no motivation, no accountability, no discipline, no punishment, no toughness for a DECADE. a Laughing stock!.... and he continues to collect $6 million a year while blankly staring at the field game after game
After 40 years as an AVID DIE_HARD fan...i've seen enough.

Jerry needs to step back.. can you imagine trying to be a HC while consistently micromanaged? Who would want this gig long term?
We really have no idea what Garrett’s capabilities are fully due to the reason above. Maybe he’s not the best but being micromanaged for over a decade is no good at all.
Teams don’t win super bowls without good defenses. I don’t think jerry really cares too much about defense.
