Guys if you want to see him fired that is fine but it is not a plan for the future. I get that you are upset but try using the front brain a little and come up with solutions rather than taking out your angst.

You don't bring in outsiders during a season normally so it has to be someone on the staff. No one is worthy.

Our puppet, inept, buffoon of a HC is finally being revealed as the worthless waste of space he has been for 10 YEARS!....let that sink in.... our once proud Cowboys have held on to one of the WORST coaches in the NFL for an entire DECADE.

Our culture SUCKS...no motivation, no accountability, no discipline, no punishment, no toughness for a DECADE. a Laughing stock!.... and he continues to collect $6 million a year while blankly staring at the field game after game

The opening day loss to the expansion Texans and the team capitulation against GB in 2012 were much worse. I get that it is new.
