These are the kind of stats we need to compile for our class action lawsuit against the NFL.

Yes they are, and we need a big international sporting association that got burned at the stake for something that's child's play compared to what's going on in the NFL at the moment.

GAME RIGGING PROOF WAS YESTERDAY AND TONIGHT. Refs have their marching orders. CHECK BANK ACCOUNTS!!!!! Pro football has a long history of game fixing going back to its inception. ITS NO DIFFERENT TODAY...except the ones doing the rigging is the guy that's in charge. SICK.
If the refs are fixing games, then the question is why and who does it gain and for who??????
The packers are the only team not owned by a single billionaire, it is group owned, and the NFL has made rules so that there will be no more group
owned franchises like the packers.
So why would the packers be favored by refs for years now?? what sense does it make?
No one team would be favored, as then the other owners would not like that, and they are the majority.
The only thing that makes sense to me is the gambling on games, if the bookmakers all needed GB to win and or cover the spread that didnt happen.
Gb did not cover the spread so bettors taking lions and points would have won. If they wanted Det bettors to win they would not help GB at the end.

So it cant be about covering the spread.
As for wanting GB to win games and go to SB, who does that help? There is no money in that.

If the game was fixed, how does the detroit owner benefit from it? And if he doesnt, why would he keep quiet?

For games to be fixed, their has to be financial gain somewhere for someone, and I dont really see it here in this game.

Yup, everyone sees it. Everyone can tell that there is something rotten in Denmark with the NFL. It's appalling.
If reporters get in on this they better give a good amount of airtime to the fact that this is the second game in a row. A certain other Packer opponent got the treatment last week.

It’s all about betting and storylines. They were too late in effecting the game but that’s why they had to be so deliberate about it. They can’t have any doubt out there that they didn’t try. People who don’t go along with the fix get visitors afterwards.

Yes, and what is needed, as stated and as I'm now adamant about, is for FIFA and the English Premier League to get involved and expose the NFL! Make it clear what is going on here. Make the NFL undergo the same humiliation FIFA went through.

Just saw it on espn, my Lord why did the lions not challenge it.
Probably because they're aware that a precedent has been set that they won't overrule the call/non call on the field. But ironically they over ruled a play that was ruled a catch that would have given Detroit a 3rd down conversion late in the game, when Green Bay challenged. This was probably the worst officiated game I have ever seen, and I'm in my mid 40's.

Yup, and the only way to make things better is for the NFL to get humiliated and put in its place. As fans, we have a lot of power. But, as I said in another thread, we are facing a giant, so having another sporting giant on our side would be a massive help. FIFA, and the different national leagues like the English Premier League, would be that sporting giant that can help us fight the NFL and put them in their place. Make it clear that match-fixing is bad and does not make for quality sport.

They would have lost the challenge simply because it's Lambeau Field, you know, the Lambeau Mystique. Just like the Dez catch, except it wasn't a catch......not at Lambeau anyway.

And I bet if anyone watches all of the Packers games from here on out that you'll see the exact same thing. They simply can do no wrong.

Good idea. Maybe PFF could start rating them each week?

Yup, and the FIFA chaps in Zurich and London (with the Premier League) can help sort it out and determine what's going on. When the fixing is found, the chaps in Zurich, London, and NY with PFF can press the issue and humiliate the NFL.

And you guys think Dallas is the only team in the league that gets screwed by the refs?

Like I say in the game day threads, try watching some other NFL games once in a while besides just Dallas and you will see that a very large number of teams (Patriots and Packers excluded of course) get screwed by the refs quite regularly.

It aint just Dallas.

No changes will be made to refs until it starts to have actual impact on TV ratings/ revenue.
