The week before that, brats with kraut and cheese curds during the Packers game and the week before that, an oyster and shrimp poboy and Zapp's chips and went Aiiiiiiiyyyyyyyyeeeeeeee!!!! more than once. You're thinking about a Cheesesteak, aren't you? Not just any Cheesesteak but a Philly one because you are chow cursing the Cowboys, you heartless devil. I am here...…….watching...……..waiting.

I went a different direction today, no cooking! I ordered four cheesesteaks from Pats-King of Steaks in Philly. I got them overnighted yesterday. It even comes with the cheese whiz stuff.

I figured why not a Philly food for this game and I can’t make a good one. It was expensive, $99 for this package, so they better be as good as advertised

Sausage peppers and onions on a 16 inch long Italian bread with some tasty sauce all over it. So this victory should be as great as my stomach lining's expansion.

Going with a Game Day favorite, Puerco con Chile Verde, charro beans, Spanish rice and plenty of tortillas. Some Shiner Bock to wash it down with.

going alaskatex tonight. ptarmigan breast strips wrapped around onion, jalapeno, wrapped with bacon and bbq sauce. salmon and halibut tacos. moose sausage on the grill. usual accompaniments of salad and some vegs. lots of cold beer and margaritas. special brownies for dessert. buen provecho to everyone.
