No such rule exists.

GB coach cried about it so the Refs took a look at it.

Was it a touch-back? It sure looked like it, but if the roles were reverse, no way do the Refs do that against GB. They're "all-in" for GB this year.

The play occurred in the last 2 minutes of the half, so there is no coach's challenge. Reviews are initiated by the booth. That's true in every game.
