I can’t even predict anymore because this team lost to the freaking 0-4 Jets. Unpredictable at this point. That game will mess us up in the long run. Unless they can stay consistent and look like they did against the Iggles last Sunday night, they won’t win many of these games.

Dallas' only chance is to win the division.

And if they do, they'll be the worst NFC team in iit.

One and done

Hello, Lincoln Riley.
Same guy that knows nothing about defense? Same guy with ZERO NFL experience? Same guy that inherited a team loaded with talent and recruiting prospects? Same guy that puts up video game scores in the worst defensive conference in college football and also gives up that many points against inferior teams? Same guy that was just exposed by the unranked Kansas State?

Whatever happened to all the David Shaw hype? He was the modern day Lincoln Riley just a few years ago. As always, Cowboys fans want the newest, shiniest toy that hasn’t been played with. Go for it Jerrah, unfortunately I’ll have to watch Chip Kelly 2.0 fail just so some of you will shut up but then you’ll just move on to the next over rated college coach with no experience.

Not that tough?

niners 7-0
saints 7-1 (6 game win streak)
pack 6-2 (3 game win streak might be 4 after tonight)
vikes 6-2 (4 game win streak)
hawks 6-2 (3-1 in conference)
rams 5-3 (SB last year so can't count them out)
panthers 4-3 (same boat as us with Cam coming back)

Ok we'll see...
Green Bay is 6-1

handle our business...win the East.
then anything can happen.
but there are alot of good teams in the NFC...gonna be very hard to rely on a wc spot as our ticket in.
the best way in...just might be our only way.
:starspin:WIN THE EAST:starspin:

If the Cowboys stay healthy and play like they did last Sunday night, I see no reason at all they can't win ten games. I hate to predict wins and losses, but the only potential defeats I see here are the Vikings, Patriots, and Rams.

We all know Dallas will not play that way on a consistent basis. Every single season during the Garrett era, we have games like that where we just look unbeatable and the same things were said. "If we play like that, we will be fine". But we never do consistently. A lot of that is do to coaching.

The frustrating thing with Dallas is that they could beat the Pats and lose to the Skins. It would surprise no one.

Other than them having no chance after wild card week it’s hard to predict.

We won't lose to Washington at home.

Here we are, already at the midway point of the season. The Cowboys are sitting at a disappointing 4-3. All 3 of our losses were avoidable.

The saints game we allowed a backup to beat us. There were a few bad calls that if called correctly would have given us the win.

The Packers, at home, came in and blew our doors off in the 1st half, leaving to much of a hill to climb to win that game.

The jets game, the worst of the 3, could be the reason we miss the post season all together. You don't lose to a winless team if you're a playoff team, it's that simple. In fact, that loss probably eliminated us from the wildcard spots all together imo.

The rest of the NFC has teams with pretty good records at the midway point.

NFC West has the 49ers undefeated and looking strong, the Seahawks at 6-2 and the Rams at 5-2. We play the Rams so maybe we could beat them for a wildcard spot but Seattle and SF are looking strong.

NFC North is a 2 team race. Green Bay at 6-1 and a win over us and Minnesota at 6-2.
Doubt we beat out green bay, maybe Minnesota for a wildcard spot only because we play them.

NFC South has 2 teams. The Saints at 7-1 and a win over us and the Panthers at 4-2 (they are currently getting destroyed by the 49ers 44-14) we could get a wildcard over Carolina but probably not the Saints.

NFC East, Fortunately we're undefeated in the division at 3-0. The eagles are sitting at 4-4 and 1-1 in the division. IMO the only way the Cowboys make the postseason is by winning the division outright over the eagles which is doable.

The 2nd half of our season is definitely the hardest part of our schedule.
@ Giants 2-6 still a div rival
Vikings 6-2 tough game
@ Lions 3-3-1 and playing tough
@ Patriots 7-0
Bill 5-2
@ Bears 3-4
Rams 5-2
@ Eagles 4-4
Commanders 1-7

Combined record of remaining schedule 36-30-1.

Might want to check the Rams record again.

The only tough part of our schedule is playing the Patriots then facing the bills 4 days later. I can't Waite till M.Bennett sacks Brady.

Same guy that made first overall player taken Heisman quarterbacks out of two cast-off guys and taught Jalen Hurts how to be a complete quarterback.

Could he do that with Dak?

You hire a new DC. You think McVay or Reid know anything about defense?

Thinking this for Dallas
@ Giants W
VIkings W
@ Lions W
@ Patriots L
Bills W
@ Bears W
Rams L
@ Eagles W
Commanders W

11-5, NFC East Champions and the 4 seed. Think they win wild card weekend and lose in the divisional round. Unless this team beats New England I just can't buy them as a Super Bowl contender. New Orleans and Green Bay are the class of the NFC. Seattle and San Fran are solid too.

I could see Dallas going 8-8 and I could also see them at 12-4.

Here is my take:

If the Cowboys keep getting healthier/stronger, Moore starts calling a more trickier/unpredictable Offense, both of our lines do their job like they did last week against the Eagles, and Marinelli & Richard playcall our Defense more aggressively, I see our Cowboys going 7 - 1 (losing barely to the Patriots) the rest of the way and finishing 12 - 4.

The 49ers turn their franchise around in quick time. After them and the rams, Jerry needs to look how you can rebuild quick

No, Dak doesn’t play in the Big 12 and just because a coach happened to inherit an incredibly talented team. recruiting pipeline and coached a Hesiman QB doesn’t automatically mean he’ll be a good NFL coach. Those QB’s would have never had those Heisman stats in any other conference.

Chip Kelly was also largely responsible for Marcus Mariota, who won the Hesiman, and the offense that he created at Oregon in which Mariota was so successful before he left to coach the Eagles. How did that work out? One season wonder before NFL defensive coordinators figured him out.
