It’s what players do now days. There is no real loyalty to the team because of FA.

This is al for twitter clout when players do this - to get fans of other teams to say “Woah respect!”. It’s to raise the likeness and your brand.

I’m not against FA, but this is the downside. I know I would be pretty pissed after a loss and just want to get back to the locker room and move onto next week. Not hang around the losing grounds.

There's more "respect" for opposing players nowadays. It's a business not a heated rivalry.

Some guys are former teammates from CFB/NFL, friends in real life or just known as top guys at their position.

This is a job for them its not some high school cross town rivalry where youre supposed to hate each other. The games over, who cares what they do outside of the 60 minute play clock.
That's the problem. When you don't do your job satisfactorily, you are held accountable.

But not in Dallas.

The disturbing part is what he wrote on his jersey. It was just a bad look, like $$$ is more important than winning....

If I were Cook I would just want the signature not Zekes chicken scratch all over it

If you're taking a pro football team losing "personally" you may have too much of your self-worth tied up in the accomplishments of strangers.
Maybe "personally" isn't the correct word I was looking for, but I definitely am not grinning like Garrett and Zeke after a loss like that.

I nearly threw up watching Garrett shaking McVay's hand at midfield in January, grinning from ear to ear like he didn't get outcoached by a kid old enough to be his son.

Dallas is just not mean enough to win a championship. They will never win anything with clappy at the helm.

I have no problem with it. A lot of these guys are friends. Grew up with each other. Grew up hearing about each other. Playing in the NFL is a fraternity. Nobody can relate to you but your teammates and the guy on the opposing team.

This has nothing to do with why they loss though I'm sure people will spin it that way.
