The praise Dak is receiving for that game is ridiculous

The only thing more sad than a fan unwilling to give Dak credit is a fan who was unwilling to give Romo any credit.

We Cowboys fans are spoiled to the bone. If they ain't winning Super Bowls, they're trash.
Really? I remember a few games Romo put up gaudy numbers, we lost the game and he was considered the 2nd coming of Christ.

I heard that on the radio today... small sample size ultimately. At the end of the day they scored 24 points. Average, no matter how you spin it.

Talk about spinning. :muttley:

*Sees stat that contradicts his feelings*
*Dismisses stat*

If 44 games is a "small sample size" then drawing conclusions about a team over a 16 game season is a complete waste of time.

why would you be mad about someone point of view .everyone is entitled to his or her opinion we all should express it with respect.
We all cheer for the team not for an individual player this is not golf or tennis.
They cheer for individual players as evidenced by these dudes ready to jump in front of an online bullet for Smith Jr aka Dak. Easily impressed types act like they aren’t used to things.

When all else fails bring Romo back to the NFL.
Dude Romo is retired move on with your life!
Some of these fans are on drugs. They bring up Romo all the time when the majority of the time nobody even mentioned him. I don’t get how these people don’t realize how silly they look mentioning Romo when no one brought him up. I guess low football iq types think that lazy strawman make them feel better.

What you said is all true, now if Dak would just win one (just one) of those games then he could put all this to rest. Franchise QB's win those types of games once and awhile. Dak played really well yesterday, best game i have seen him play as a Cowboy but it wasn't enough to put us over the top, now expecting Dak to do that all the time is not realistic but expecting him to come up with some magic and win those kinds of games once and awhile is what i expect from my QB, especially if he wants to paid like the franchise QB everyone thinks he is. Until Dak proves he can win some games when the opposing team concentrates on stopping Zeke they will all just keep doing it. Especially the teams with top 15 D's in the NFL
What the person you quoted said was truth technically but only Dak riders are giving credit for putting up them yards against GB like that game was ever in doubt once they got up by like 20 something points. Of course they’d let him throw the ball and run clock. That was empty stats to be honest and only a Dak rider would try to spin that. A game like the Vikings where he put up good numbers is more credible since that game was never some blowout where the other team just trying to burn clock and let you have passes that aren’t back breakers.

Dak literally had all day to throw the majority of the game, especially the second half. It’s hilarious the lies that Dak slobberers will tell themselves to get through the day, especially

Gee I'll bet the Cowboys and I know I would have like to see that game you're thinking of because the game the rest of us watched saw Prescott under pressure all night long and having to make many throws on the run because of that pressure. Because you're a Prescott hater your brain tells your eyes what it wants them to see not what is actually happening.

I see you're saying that the defense doesn't have to do their job because if Prescott is that franchise QB he'll make up for it. Also when Elliott isn't playing anywhere close to where he has in the past which helps the passing game being able to do play action that shouldn't matter either. According to you if Prescott is the franchise QB he should be able to win games all by himself with no help from anyone else. Give us a heads up when you wake up from this dream you're having.

So we are losing so Dak sucks? That's all I got from this post. The man had almost 400 yards and 3 TD's. What else can he do? Play defense? Play RB? Coach the damn team? This reminds me of the Romo days where the team would lose but he'd have a solid day. He used to get criticized all the time.. Now some people want him back.. This fanbase is delusional at times.

the problem wasn't on offense, it feel squarely on the defense.. cant blame Dak or even Zeke and company for Bad defense and questionable play calls..

the defense was terrible, plain and simple.. why bring up the least of the issues from Sunday?

now im not praising anyone in loss but Dak is not responsible for this one..

If this the knowledge you got you’re not a good learner. You didn’t let hate turn you blind but being a grown behind groupie which is worse. Just because I don’t kiss Daks butt like y’all dont make me a hater. Stop with the laziness buddy. I just think he’s average. If that is now hate in the new age groupie world guess I’m blind and a hater but rather that than be a grown male groupie like some of yall.

The fact that we lost to the Jets told me the talent on this team isn't as good as we thought it was. Yes, I understand we had injuries. A GOOD team overcomes that. Our talent is overrated and we can't overcome our tepid coaching staff...

In my 45 years as a Cowboy's fan that Jets game ranks as the third-worst regular-season loss behind the 85 Bears disgrace 44-0 and the last game of the season against the Eagles in 08 where they lost 44-6! Good teams overcome injuries EXCEPT the Dallas Cowboys!
