How can professional coaches not see Jarwin has to be on the field more?

Jarwin has made the most of his opportunities. However, I don't think that his production would take a significant uptick if he had more snaps. Blake goes mostly unguarded which would not be the case if his role was increased. I do think that he would have a few monster games if he were the starter. I am an emotional rollercoaster with this. Good Grief.

Ok, I am all for him getting the #1TE role.
Go Dallas!!!

How can professional coaches not see he HAS to be on the field more. The man can play and is like a wideout running down the seam and after the catch. It’s crazy that our passing game can still be better with guys like Jarwin and pollard playing
He and Pollard need more playing time. Period. They are playmakers...

Dude is a beast. It's a good problem to have. Look at all the mouths we have to feed. Only one football. With that said, we do need to figure out a way to get him a few more looks. Personnel wise, we're like the '99 Rams. Dak is getting better and better.. we just haven't found a way to put our foot on opponents and fully utilize our weapons although we're inching closer.

They put blinders on horses for a reason. Now if we can just get the coaches to realize they're not horses. Open their eyes, smell the roses, don't step in that pile of crap.

Was screaming all day to put Jarwin in the game. Get the ball to him and he seems to make plays. He is a giant killer. And has the ability to get the yards after the catch. Who iced the game yesterday.

a few ore touches sure, hes not a front line starter, thats your answer.. I like him and pollard but that in no way shape or form makes either better then the starters in front of them.. coaches dont not use them on purpose...they have to have so many balls and touches within drives to have more opportunity's for other players.. so each game will dictate that in TOP etc longer drives , more possessions, Jarwin and Pollard will get more opportunity's..

Agreed, imagine if the Cowboys sat players like Witten, Elliott and Cooper for the likes of Jarwin, Pollard and Devin Smith!

Unstoppable!

I think playing jarwin is the least of the issues this team has right now. He has been a solid role player, but never capitalized on his opportunity last year, and from what I hear from people smarter than me is he has really struggled with run blocking this year.

Enjoy him for what he is, hope he continues to develop, but I've seen many players show flashes only to get exposed in full time roles. Sometimes less is more for a player.
