Really? There are legitimate complaints about Garrett, and not being as eloquent as Belichick if asked the same question is what you come up with? The ability/desire to give an eloquent response to media questions isn't really what we care about with a head coach is it?
Eloquence requires intelligence. The implication of my comment being the vapidness of JGs empty statements to the media leads the fan base to assume a lack of said intelligence.
Not that he just don’t talk “purtty”

..he just stated his plan, pressure Dak. Basically, its what you do with Brady. Only Dak has legs. Dak better get that option read in gear.

 Intelligence Garrett has - I have no doubt he could construct a much more eloquent statement than Belichick if he cared to, and I'm sure most fans know that. Fans are much more concerned with coaching ability, and that's where an argument can be made that has some teeth to it. After all, how eloquent was Landry or Shula or Chuck Noll, for that matter, when have you ever seen anyone talk about how eloquent Belichick is before? That is irrelevant.

We are a very balanced team offensively. We can hurt you in a lot of different ways. I expect Belichick's game plan to be blitzing often and under control to not let Dak move around and to rush his throws. They will also show man and turn into a zone blitz often. Hopefully we can still make the plays we need

BB will disguise and mix his coverages from play to play, series to series, and it will be a problem. Only 2 QBs have thrown for 200 yards on the Pats. Rothlisberger (mostly in garbage time after being down by 3 TDs) and Wentz (in desperation mode at the end). Granted, they haven't faced a lot of good qb/wr/te/rb combos, but they held the Rams to 3 points last year (when the Rams were still good).

I'm guessing we will be focusing more on quick passes, with a few selective shots downfield, and hoping to get the running game going. The Pats are a team that will make you pay if you get reckless. Plus, the weather may be bad as well, which will require a somewhat more conservative approach. I just hope they don't get ultra conservative like in the Saints game.

Belichick didn't really say much in the tweet. Cowboys have a good OL, good WRs, good passing game, Dak can extend plays. We all know that. Everyone knows that. Pretty obvious stuff to everyone here.

A little deeper and there might be some Jedi mind game going on, though. Belichick said nothing about the Cowboy run game in that tweet.
Maybe he wants the Cowboys to think that he will focus on the pass making the Cowboys think they should run.

Most teams concentrate on running the ball and stopping the run first and making teams one-dimensional. Basic Football 101.

Will the Cowboys try to establish the run early or will they go pass early? If Dak is on point with the passing game, it really won't matter because NE won't take away both the pass and run. Pick your poison. If the Cowboys can establish the run, it makes things much easier for everyone with play action now a weapon and NE will have to play the run on the way to rush the QB.

Dak- 280 yds, 50 yds rush, 2 TD, 1 INT
Zeke- 105 yds rush, 20 yds rec, 1 TD

I like that positivity! We have the #2 rated QBR in Prescott so these numbers are reachable..........minus the interception though

Dak is about to show the whole country why he deserves double the salary Brady makes. The 35 million per year is in the bag!

While I have enjoyed this war of words we are disagreeing over syntax.
I know JG is intelligent and a skilled motivator. He even had my support for several years but he has failed to execute the results in the post season. So to be clear in my comment
Intelligence = Coaching ability
Sorry for the confusion.

I honestly feel like if we change up the gameplan and mix in some off balanced QB runs with screen passes we could keep them out of sync. Of course it's probably going to be a loss because we have Garrett as a coach but if somehow our defense does indeed find itself and the coaching gets out of the way the cowboys will be a handful.

After the game, Belichick won't be so talkative but we will be hearing him say, "it's on to Houston".

It's funny how we haven't even played the game yet but posters are already blaming Garrett for the loss. Bias like that is what give it so little credibility.

Man a lot of scared little *****es running around here lol. People so scared of the Patriots head coach it's comical. Our offense is good. That's the truth. I don't know why that's so scary to admit. LOL wish I could see some of you at a busy bar trying to get a drink. Probably just stand in the back and let everyone cut in front of you hahah funny stuff.

Belichick knows greatness when he sees it, referring to Dak.

Notice how he never mentions our defense though.
