His
Biggest beef with Garrett is him accepting blame? How about him being clueless or a bad coach?
He flat out calls him out for his terrible coaching and for maintaining an illusion that he's a serious one to Jerry by doing all this extra corny **** with dress code, etc.. I peeped game a long time ago about the con job he was doing.

In a way, I feel bad for Garrett. He never spent enough time learning from a real coach. Jerry promoted him too fast. He still needs fired ASAP but Jerry is still here and the bigger issue.

Doesn't matter. All of that has been said before. Many times.

After this season Garrett will no longer be HC and we'll have a new puppet filling the position.

What really needs to happen is a top line OC or DC needs to be hired as HC, given control of football operations, and allowed to bring in other coaches. Ones he knows and trusts and thinks are really good coaches. Then the rebuilding process could really get underway.

But Jerry will never allow it. It's his team. He owns it. And he does what he wants when he wants.

Is what it is.

Garrett's greatest skill is managing up.

You will find some people discount that assertion under the presumption he has no ability to hire, fire coaches or bench players. I'm with you, but that argument makes me chuckle as then he can manage a game, teach strategy, dictate game flow and now manage up in order to get players, bench players, fire ST coaches, hire def coordinators, etc. Literally just a walking eunuch

I am just done

How do you waltz into half time with a TO in your pocket. We don't have a 2 minute offense.
