Jerry knows that more wins means more money.Jerry values money much more than wins on the football field.

Disagree completely.Jerry values money much more than wins on the football field.
When rich people "want something" they have no concept of not getting or why they wouldn't. The rest of us understand that just because we "want something" doesn't mean that's the best or most logical thing to attain our longterm goals. Jerry is the single greatest reason for ALL of the Cowboys issues.
He's a straight liar, deluding himself, or truly believes that his involvement is what they all do.
I have two owners that don't get involved every day and look at them:
Kraft and the Holt family (Spurs).
Jerry knows that more wins means more money.
How did Jerry become this successful with Jerry-speak? If I went into work tomorrow and started rambling on like he does people would look at me like I am crazy.
You decide!there are 4 NFL franchises where the owner has been the main decider in the last 3 decades, Cowboys, Skins, Raiders and Bengals
you decide if it’s working
He wants to win, but he wants to win his way. I'm not sure if that's because he thinks he knows what he's doing or because he refuses to admit that he doesn't. Either way, one look at him in the owner's box will tell you he wants to win.Apparently not. If all he cared about is winning , he would hire a pro GM and unleash the coach. He won't admit that he just enjoys meddling in the football decisions and doesn't really care if time has proven him not up to the challenge.
It's called baffling them with BS.How did Jerry become this successful with Jerry-speak? If I went into work tomorrow and started rambling on like he does people would look at me like I am crazy.
He's a semi-rationalizing irrational kibitzer that ain't going anywhere and is leaving us a brood of fonferers and dumkopfs to take over.He wants to win, but he wants to win his way. I'm not sure if that's because he thinks he knows what he's doing or because he refuses to admit that he doesn't. Either way, one look at him in the owner's box will tell you he wants to win.
