It is foolish to think you are an expert at something just because you have been doing it for a long time. He has improved, especially after his time with Bill Parcells, but there is still something inherently wrong with this franchise and he clearly isn't the guy that is going to fix it.

Pretty much sums up why this franchise is going to have to get lucky and have the stars align just right before it ever wins anything again.

This team is Jerry's hobby, he is like a crappy singer that goes on American Idol and is shocked when the judges tell him he just isn't as good as he thinks he is. Like them he is walking away saying you are going to be sorry, I will show you. 25 years and we are still waiting.

That said, it is his money, it is his team, he can run it anyway he wants, but don't try to blow smoke up my bleep and tell me this guy is 100% focused on doing what it takes to win, that is complete nonsense.
