this whole model of the franchise has been tainted for years and it wasted guys during the romo years too.

I think it's possible but then we have the tough task of beating the reborn Commanders who gave us a tough time for a while in our first game if the Dallas Cowboys play the Commanders like they played today you might as well forget about it. Some of those players have been injured all season but I do understand what your're saying. Dallas never uses their opponent's disadvantage as an advantage. So very frustrating.

That's what I saw and said as well. He had a few good years but overall not a good coach. I do think Jones absolutely stripped JG of any power he was merely (still is) a puppet coach. Jones controls everything from public statements about the team and players. This is a Jerry Jones-by-proxy coached team in a sense.
