I want someone who is going to determine his own assistants. If Campbell is able to do that, I'm OK with the move. However, I think we're going to have to get someone who has coached a championship team for Jerry to allow him that kind of control.

They have been paying Garrett 6 million a year. Cost wise I doubt they are looking to downgrade.

I do like Campbell however, I just dont see them going that route.
