They are decent coaches but its just the fact teams are already making hires. By the time Garrett is out and Jerry hires his next HC the market could be shallow. Jerry needs to get a move on and stop looking for attention evaluate his shrinking options more quickly.

And if they were smart they would keep Bill Callahan as the offensive line coach he had these guys playing very well and remember he was one of the Architects that put our line back together, not the architect he was one of them who helped to put our line back to respectable and did one hell of a job in Washington with a bunch of nobodies

And looking at his reputation and his stats over the last 6 years it looks nothing more than what we have now we need a whole new philosophy on defense

Yes, they could have had 1st and goal from the 1 inch line Sunday to win the game and on 4 attempts would not have scored to lose that 2nd pick.

Rivera is a really good coach, and he gets the 2nd pick in the draft... guess who he will be drafting.
Chase Young, anyone not familiar with his name will most definitely know his name for years to come.

That Skins defense is going to be NASTY. Ugh. Hate seeing our competition get better while we sit around paralyzed in Jerry's emotional navel gazing-- unable to comprehend that Garrett is simply not the answer.

I have never considered just going on "hibernate" mode as a fan... but I am seriously and simply exhausted from the incompetence of this front office. Depending on how this transition goes-- I may just "shut it down" until enough macro change has occurred to make me care again. Jerry said in an interview that apathy in the fan base is what he is most afraid of. He loves it when Dallas is loved and hated and talked about constantly.

Apathy is starting to set in for me at this point. Sure-- 2019 was another disappointing season in the last 25 years-- maybe even the most disappointing. But just watching this cluster-cuss with Garrett is beyond maddening. The way that JJ is leading this organization gives me NO HOPE for change and positive results. What else do you do? You have two options: 1) continue riding the crazy train and sit through torturous season after tortuous season seeing no results, or 2) hibernate and take a nap until things change

Sorry for my rant... I will always love the Cowboys. But that doesn't mean that I will just allow their incompetency to dictate the terms of my loyalty. Hate that JJ is even making me write this post right now. Ugh.

ridiculous those thinking we missed on this..

they are all on the street, let go, fired, not successful..

Id prefer some new blood with new school schemes and better relates to younger generation of players , take a coach from a current job that have shown success..
