Everyone here freaking out. Remember after the Buffalo game it came out that Stephen had been speaking with Riley, Meyer, and Elliott prior to the end of the year. It is very possible this is why Jerry said he didnt have a timeline. I still think it is Meyer. I have a feeling he brought in McCarthy to see what he could bring to the table and it wasnt more than Meyer. If it is McCarthy. I will be very happy with it. He can call timeouts and will be bringing in analytics.

i'd still root for'm...but it would suck knowing the new guy has a worse play-off record than the old guy.

Mike McCarthy is another Wade totally bad choice he is not only a true YES MAN but very very desperate. with him being the coach it will get worse

Anyone who thinks Mike M. will be the savior to this team has a short memory. Packer fans could not wait to run him out of town for the same reasons as many times with JG, bad play calling during critical times. That's what got Mike booted.

McCarthy is the worse. All packer fans did was complain about how he either wasnt for the run game, or how he was stuck on splitting Carrie's between Jones and Williams when Jones was clearly the better back.

I dont think they would ask McCarthy to stay a extra day if they had their mind made up on Meyer and was just seeing what McCarthy had to offer.

I like Harbaugh in Pros but wouldn’t last here. After seeing what McCarthys career stats were up against Payton I’d agree with your assessment
