The guy just seems so real. Unlike the robot we’ve had here for a decade. And the fact he’s willing to compromise in his football beliefs and CHANGE, is very refreshing!

I'm not too thrilled with this honestly after reading the article someone posted on here of course a lot of that had to do with Aaron Rodgers but this stuff would not showing up to meetings and everything that's not good not at all he's going to need all the focus he can to get this team back on track missing meetings won't help that and not giving a crap about the defense? I meant he watched tape to change his offense. I highly doubt he could convince Jerry to hire him with the same offense that got him booted from GB.

I like it. Mike seems like a good guy, knows more about Football IMHO than Garrett, and seems to pay attention to more details. He also manages in game scenarios better. That was Garrett's biggest downfall IMHO. Just improving that over a 16 game season instantly gives you 2 more wins at minimum. I think Dallas will have a much better year under Mike than they did under Jason.

Granted... we ALL know Jerry keeps his staff for some reason. I'm good with keeping Moore... and maybe McCarthy can sneak in some more of his preferences...

That's all it really comes down to man. If you are someone who hates the hire that's fine, but at the very least give the thing a chance before you start throwing your **** all over the walls. It's how these guys work and it's baffling. I am not gonna lie I wasn't the most excited guy in the world over this, but I'm 100% on board with giving it a chance. He's way better then our last coach.
