How long in the interview process do you think the Giants organization gets annoyed with him saying "The New York Football Giants" before they call it quits? Any estimates?

I know. That drives me nuts. How many years now have the baseball Giants been in San Francisco?

One of many problems with hiring Garrett is he has no hand picked staff to bring with him. In 10 years he developed zero coaching tree or loyal capable assistants. That says a lot.

If this goes down, NY fans will have egg on their face, and love every second of it . . . again.

Garrett would get roasted by the media in NY. Dallas media has been so gentle and kind and tolerant. His milk-toast delivery backed by zero results will just get obliterated by the harsh NY press. NY makes zero sense for a HC with Garrett's personality. Sure- he played there and went to Princeton-- but cmon. The media will have a field day with him. If he thought the pressure here was bad-- he will get eaten alive up there.
