As he already admitted, Meyer would take this job. The Cowboys weren't interested because Jerry believes he's got a team that can win now and a college coach wouldn't be ready.

I don't agree with that but it is what it is.

I tend to agree. I don't think Meyer was really interested in returning to coaching. At least not this year. If he was, he would have interviewed, simple as that.

I was on the Urban bandwagon, but once the beer Google's cleared up, I agree that we are better off with an experienced and proven NFL coach. No learning curve. Would have been happy with him or Riley, but I'm good with MM.
