Chiefs are a prime example of what we could be. Right now, we have Alex Smith as QB. Chiefs moved on from Smith and picked up Mahomes. Was there worry of drafting a bust? Definitely so. But they didn’t let that fear stop them from overpaying a bus driver QB that can’t step up to the plate when the run doesn’t work, or when the defense struggles. We need to do the same with Dak. We could luck out and get a QB like Mahomes or Wilson. You never know.

Again, Watson is mediocre.

We are dealing with similar QB play. Accuracy and footwork problem keeps them from taking the next step.

Play-calling and a dinosaur defense (Romeo Crennel is 72yrs old) isn’t helping, either.

sure it is considering how great field position was spotted to the texans on their early drives and they've only managed 1 TD since then...

IMO if you replace Watson with Aaron Rodgers the score may look eerily similar. There has not been many QBs to have played in this league that can go on a shootout with Mahomes and Andy’s offense.
