He is a good DB coach on a team with a good D-Coordinator.

He has not been good as a D-Coordinator (Seattle) or pseudo D-Coordinator (2019 Cowboys).

Loving it, coaches gotta have flow and MM is clearly in charge. I had liked Richard, but this is about a good coaching staff and the guys gotta be on board with MM.
