Al Harris will join Mike McCarthy's staff as a defensive backs coach. Harris played for McCarthy in Green Bay and was an assistant in Kansas City from 2013-18. He had 21 interceptions in a 14-year career. The Cowboys will also have former Texas A&M cornerbacks coach Maurice Linguist as a defensive backs coach. No decision has been made yet on a receivers coach but Adam Henry, who was with Cleveland last year, is among the candidates.

I'm not sure what is inspiring about this hire, other than just a notable name.

He was fired from the Chiefs, and spent last year as an volunteer assistant at Florida Atlantic.

I like the hire.
So just WR coach left? Not bad for less than two weeks.

Yeah, I'm curious what will end up happening with Adam Henry. It would almost appear to be in the Browns court as to whether they want him back or if he's allowed to come here.

I think that he'd be a nice addition if he signs with us.
