Right

Jerry can’t help himself as owner from promoting his product regardless if isn’t helpful in negotiations as GM.

And why him wearing both hats will continue to be a conflict of interest for Cowboys Football.

Its not just Jerry. Stephen is doing the same thing. On a depressing note, just watched a documentary on folks who live into their 90's and Jerry fits the mold.

Yep

And why I’m so concerned I may not out live him. We could end up being like the Chiefs waiting 50 years for our return to a Super Bowl.

The Dallas Cowboys have done nothing but talk about a future that includes Dak Prescott as part of the picture despite a current lack of a long-term deal for their star quarterback. Cowboys executi...

Well stated, when all else fails come up with a Romo gaffe.

That man gave his all every time he was on the field, I don't know why people cannot appreciate that.

Already Jerry is out there making coaching decisions. Hey Jerry, why hire a coach when you make decisions for the coach? It’s winter Jerry. Time to go into hibernation......at least until next January.

He’s not going to shut up. The sooner we accept that reality the sooner we can adjust our expectations.

Surely everyone knows part of the condition of accepting this HC job is Dak was part of the equation.

Jerry is simply promoting his product while attempting to squelch the noise in the media and amongst fans that not having a contract done is any indication they aren’t attempting or have intention to do so.

Just another indication how much Jerry follows the public interest.

The grid iron challenged are those that believe that Dak is going to carry the Cowboys to the SB. This season proved that less is more with Dak. Jerruh better invest in the defense if he thinks they can get there with Dak because he is nowhere close to Mahomes' level.
The only people that don’t think Dak is the future for the Cowboys are ignorant fans. All the experts agree that he’s more than capable to lead this team to the Super Bowl.

oh I know. lol..it just gets tiresome listening to a delusional blithering tool. He's that nutty Uncle that every family has that spouts off incoherently and talks loudest because they think the louder they are, the smarter they will seem. IT FOOLS NO ONE.

Every qb is capable of reaching the Super bowl, that's pretty much been proven with Dilfer and Grossman.

But there's a difference between Cowboys fans believing Dak is the future and Dak actually being a guy to elevate this offense. Saying Dak is the future isn't something to be used as a defense, considering a deal will make him the QB for the future. Doesn't mean he suddenly is great or will be. "Jerry will sign him, so he must be the guy"...

Watch it in slow motion? Is that how Romo got to watch it? Quite simply, he should have been able to count on Murray to make a play, even if that meant knocking the ball down. That Blitzer was on him way to fast to just "tuck the ball and run to the right". That happens sometimes.
Dissing Romo doesn't make Dak look any better, BTW. It just makes the person doing it look petty, and I didn't think that's who you are.
It absolutely is who he is.

Nobody is sayin Dak dosent have faults or there are not things he needs to work on . But Dak is not this teams problem . He was one of the few bright spots this year that actually improved his game while the majority regressed and lacked the effort needed .
Dak wasnt taking himself out of games in important moments ,he was straight arming guys into the ground to the very end trying to win . Dak didnt drop 7 balls against the Eagles or wait till the season was shot to finally figure out the kicker was costing us games .
Yes you are correct we need a defense or at least the one we have to play with effort and try to tackle . Agreed Dak is not close to Mahomes and neither is any QB in the league .

Sorry but Im tired of a small minded group using Dak as the scapegoat for all the things wrong with this team just because he is unable to overcome it all single handed . Dak did his job this year along with a very few other players . We now have a coach that will demand that everyone else do their jobs . Watch things improve in a big way

Meanwhile, in the real world during Week 17 in December 2012 with the season and playoffs on the line, Romo's 7th year as our starter and 10th year as a Dallas Cowboy, he sure did show us such accuracy and delivered the ball where it needed to be......unlike 4th year veteran Dak! o_O:rolleyes::confused:

PS: There is much more if you'd like to see other videos of such an accurate and clutch old veteran that Romo was. Just holler...

I’m still not sold on Dak. He still holds the ball too long, has a slower release, and isn’t as accurate as he should be. The latter is puzzling because he’s thrown really accurate long balls before that dropped right into the hands of Amari. By Tony’s third year he told Parcells he was “seeing it”, meaning that even when the receiver didn’t look open to the layman, he was open as those windows are small and disappear quickly, and Tony had the accuracy to deliver the ball where it needed to be. I’m not sure Dak is quick enough to read those and accurate enough to deliver them. I think Dak’s rookie year was a double edged sword for the Cowboys.

Yet he lead the NFL in passing. LOL

Clearly your fears are either dead wrong or sorely exaggerated.
