This is technically not an 80s tune, it was released in November of 1979 but it really only started getting air time in 1980. If not the best single of the 80s, it's certainly on the very short list. Hell, you could probably take any song off this album and nominate it for best song. Personally, I probably like Mother the best but anyhow.......

Ok, here's one that no 80s discussion can be complete without. This song, again, was not released in the 80s, it was released in Sept. of 1979 but, was the first debut song at 12:01 AM, August 1st, 1981 on MTV.

You literally can not go wrong with any song you pick RW. I mean, just a great, great piece of work.

What's real scary is that it may not even be their best album.
Oh Dark Side of the Moon is the best one, but The Wall is probably the most important and meaningful one.
