I really do not think so, I do think it makes the transition easier as position coaches and others will be working with their groups and knowing how McCarthy wants things done.

who knows if they even make the season or last 2 seasons.

the Cowboys have been a dumpster fire for decades, i dont care what MM does as long as it brings in a new culture and a new direction. If Dak or the next QB needs this much help, so be it. There is not many top tier qbs in the NFL and who knows what the future talent brings.
