Bama has the largest support and coaching staff in college football and we saw how that turned out.

If this offense is good again next year and we make a run in playoffs a lot of these guys will be in line for promotions out of Dallas.

Our staff under Garrett was fairly streamlined. I don't have any issue with a big staff.

I wonder if some of these guys will be doing more analytics than coaching. Maybe Jerry said you can hire whoever you want as coaches but didn’t want to shell out for an analytic group so McCarthy has decided to hire a few extra coaches to do it.
