What a waste of snaps taken away from Gallup, Jarwin, Cooper..........this would be the dumbest move of the off season.
Perhaps he would take snaps away from Cobb and work from the slot in certain situations, especially red zone. I’m sure any final call will be up to Coach McCarthy.

I'm kind of warming up to the idea of Cooper, Gallup, Cobb, and Dez.

That's what I'm picturing, so when I say I'm "for it", that's what I'me for.

Dez getting the opportunity to work out to potentially return as this team's #4 receiver.

If he shows something in the workouts? He gets the opportunity to sit down with coaches and management and be told in no uncertain terms what the requirements would be to return to the Cowboys.

If he agrees to all of them, he's then paid a low salary with no guarantees other than the vet requirements.

If any of that is unacceptable? No problem, best of luck, thanks for everything.

I think he's waaay past that......hell I think he'll damn near play for the Cowboys FREE.

I agree. I think he'd take vet minimum with some incentives.

Nothing like the $5 million, 'thanks for the memories' contract Witten was gifted last year.

Or the $10 million Crawford hit the cap for to give nothing.

It just hit me, you don't think Stephen is looking as insurance if can't come to terms with Cooper? This view of Dez now is a serious 360 from the end of 2017 season when LED the band to get Dez off this team at any cost.

No, not at all. I don't think Dez situation has any bearing on Cooper or Cobb whatsoever. Nobody is that dumb.

If he can get Cooper and Gallup more open, it's worth just for that.

He brings a physicality to the position that few players can. That's always been his thing.

I'll run some four WR sets with Cooper-Gallup-Cobb-Bryant and take my chances against any secondary.

With Brady throwing to them? Lights out. lol what an offseason

Brady or Dak.

But could you imagine Brady finally having a set of weapons like that compared to what he's had at some points in New England!

:omg:

Madden video game numbers.

Screw the haters, bring back Dez. The man can catch the ball, especially in the redzone, and he actually gives a **** about winning.

I just hope this decision comes from MM. I could care less if he plays or not as long as the decision comes from MM and not of Stephen or Jerry

All seriousness Gallup, Amari, Dez, Cobb and Beasely.... formidable caveat with McCarthy and Kellen

You do realize we rotate WRs in throughout the game regardless of who is on the roster? how is rotating Dez in the place of one of the other ham and eggers we roll out any worse?
