Still top third tier QB.

And how can you even put Jimmy G behind him when he took his team to the SB.

And didnt you watch Prescott play against Phily with all the weapons he had. In the game of the season! Not being able to score a single TD against a medicore Eagles defense ?

Come on man!

With Jimmy it's his total body of work, not off just one lone great year - I think he's a guy that is operative and productive if he can use the play action to his advantage
but if he has to be counted on to straight drop back pass to beat you, he becomes undone and somewhat rattled. I do think if he continues to have all the pieces
around him defense, coach-scheme, run game, WR sweeps/misdirection, etc, you can win it all with him more so solely than because of him.
I'm just not as infatuated with him as others.

As for vs Philly ,I dunno why people keep forgetting that Prescott did his best to gut it up and toughen it out and play with a bum shoulder suffered vs Rams (clay Matthews body drive hit) that could have easily been a shoulder separation or broken collar bone. They had to know how limited Dak was gonna be in that state.

Tannehill had an excellent td completion percentage in the redzone this year. He had a career year and the last half the season he played lights out. He was averaging 3 td tosses a game. Rivers on the other hand is slipping. But I still think he has a little more left in the tank but he owns the NFC east teams.

Is Dak Prescott now a top 5... ...top 10..... or among the top 15 QBs in the NFL ?
After his best statistical passing season last year in 2019, (in helping Cowboys rank as best offense in total yards).. where now would you rank Prescott among the top QBs in NFL ?

Here's my list below in how I see the Top QBs and where I'd place Prescott now:

1 Pat Mahomes KC

2 Aaron Rodgers GB

3 Lamar Jackson Balt

4 Russell Wilson Sea

5 Tom Brady NE

6 Drew Brees NO

7 Deshaun Watson Hou

8 Carlson Wentz Phil

9 Dak Prescott Dall

10 Kirk Cousins Minn

11 Matthew Stafford Det

12 Kyle Murray Ariz

13 Matt Ryan ATL

14 Jared Goff Rams

15 Jimmy Garoppolo SF

Watson and Wentz over Dak? No way. Jackson over Brees and Wilson? Really? Come on man you can do better than that. I think if you asked GMs they would put Stafford high up there. Wilson is number 2. Jackson is unbelievably overrated right now.

Better than Watson or Wentz. I don't get the Wentz love but whatever. But I'd take Ryan over Prescott. Brady and Brees don't have much time left so Prescott will rise barring injury. After Mahomes I would take Wilson. I never see him rattled or confused and he doesn't have a lot of weapons. Seattle is a very good organization. Wilson would put this team at or near the Super Bowl every year. Needless to say, he's not happening.
On a side note: Roethlisberger, if healthy is top five without a doubt. No on Cousins and Goff.
