lol, He almost threw for 5,000 yards last season but you think he didn't improve? He's 40-24 after 4 seasons with a passer rating of 97.00, tied for 4th among all active QBs. The only QB's ahead of him are Rodgers, Wilson, and Brees. Never confuse a poor team record for a poor QB. Dak and his offense were ranked #1 in the league. It's a team sport so if you don't like the 8-8 Cowboys maybe critic the defense, ST or coaching.

Dak is probably ranked 15 -18 . Don’t get misled by empty garbage time yards . He is not accurate . He needs to throw 40+ times a game to accumulate these yards , usually in attempts to come back or to pad stats . He is 1-6 against winning teams .

So 61.5% career completions Mr Aikman isn't either. 165 career td's to 141 int's.

You cannot seriously engage in an Aikman comparison with Dak , the Dak yards , the completions etc are due to an offensive system with Dak making many passing attempts . At the end he is 1-6 against winning teams and we have seen him melt down at crucial games , even against the jets and the bears . He is not accurate enough to invest in him for the future .

This is TOTAL foolishness. Jerry, Stephen, McCarthy and Nussmieir all think Prescott is their franchise QB and there is less than zero chance they will trade him. They aren't going to make public he's on the trading block and EVERY other team knows how the Cowboys feel about him so they aren't even going to call and inquire.

You have a bad habit of substituting your own biased opinion for fact. Dak has never had more attempts to pass the ball than he did in 2019 and even at that only averaged 37.25 attempts per game. If he's not accurate like you say, then how is his career passer rating so high? The facts bare out your inaccuracies. And the biggest mistake of all that you continue to perpetuate is mistaking team stats for QB stats. Its a team sport. In 2019, the team was 1-6 against winning teams. The better team won in most of those games. It's no mark against Dak when he and his offense were statistically the best in the league. The defense failed, the ST and coaching failed. The team failed. But when breaking down the team into its subparts, the offense did well enough to win many more games if the other subparts don't fail.

In which games did Dak ever make a difference and led the team to a comeback? I understand he cannot be blamed for all losses , but he never does well against quality completion . He is mature and represents the franchise well but he has not made a difference on the field .

Are you forgetting his career W-L record is 40-26? You conveniently want to blame Dak for losses but you don't want to credit him for his career W-L record. "Comebacks" don't define a QB when he outright wins 62.5% of his games. You say he never does well against quality competition. Was beating the Seahawks in the playoffs, not quality competition? Was beating the Saints in 2018, not quality competition. You talk in absolute but you are absolutely wrong. He has made a great difference to this team on the field. The commitment to him by the FO says so. That trumps anything you have to say about him.

The 4 year winning record is good but irrelevant as the cowboys ere favorites in most of them .but Dak played well early in his career . The last 2 years he regressed . His competion % and yard Stats can be very deceiving . According to 2019 stats , machomes is ranked 18 , wilson 13 , Rogers 8, and Dak top 5.;we all know Dak is not better than any of these QBs . So don’t focus too much on that .
