It was more than that. He seemed more confident in his receivers, and his footwork was much better. I may be wrong, but I think the combination of those two things helped him get the ball out faster.
I understand what you appear to make yourself believe. But if truth be told. . . Those teams sucked

Then why were you complaining that Dak wasnt putting up enough stats the first 3 years?

Did you finally learn about QB play or are you just being a hypocrite on your agenda?
Hypocritic is my middle name. I like taking the least liked side sometimes just for the heck of it.

Lol... What I appear to make myself believe? I believe what I saw. The first part of the season Dak looked much better in those areas. Unfortunately it didn't last, but it was definitely there.

Why are you sooooo surprised?
Hey even the NFL GM rated Dak a Tier 3 QB now what's your beef there Braveheart???
Dalton played in the Steeler and Raven domain and when protected took his average Bengals to the playoffs many times.
Now how would Dak do on the Bengals?
NOT TOO GOOD !!!!!!

P.S. You really shouldn't let those wins against the Giants and Skins confuse things for you.

By Top you mean Mr. 13-3 loser Garrett? Tony who???? He has nothing to do with Dak and should never of received the second contract because of his failure to produce. QB's get the glory and the blame , it is a simple fact, I would say his failure to produce against better teams make him very much at fault. I am sure you will chime in with all the now standard excuses like, Defense, ST, HC, DC, OC waterboys and FO were to blame, oh don't forget that sore shoulder that magically healed itself for that masterful day against the scrub Commanders, 23-33, 303 YDS, 4 TD and lastly those darn ref's.

no I will not chime in, or back, other than this, because I do not want to waste any more of my time on utter non sense. Such as your response.

Dak became so much better at this last year.

I’ve been watching several 2018 games lately and he was awful in this regard that season.
You saw those too? He really looked off balance and out of control in 2018. 2019 his feet or stance looked much better and helped his accuracy. 2020, I’m still looking for better pocket presence and decision making with another year of reading defenses.

8 - 8 got us this guy...

Would have missed out on him with a better 2019 record. We should be thankful for that 8 and 8 record last year.

By this ex post facto logic, we should have been grateful Romo started the 2010 season with a 1-5 record before getting injured. It got Wade fired.

Agreed, he's not a finished product. Yet he's already damn good.
Damn good... and wasn't supposed to be. When he was drafted, nobody thought anything about him. Romo goes down... Dak comes in and WINS.

Still think Romo shouldve won his job back but that's history now.

So they go from “he can’t do it” to “he does it against bad teams” yet refuse to acknowledge any sort of improvement whatsoever. And yet they will try to convince you they don’t hate Dak. Almost every advanced stat shows he is much better than their eyeball test and they refuse to consider if their eyes are seeing what their heart and mind is telling them to see.

Hopefully, he can remove all the doubt any of us have. I think the new coaching staff is going to make him and the rest of the team look a lot better.

Another admitted troll. I appreciate your honesty. But that’s all.
I just pick with people to have fun. I'm hear to enjoy myself. So I'm more of a jokester than a troll. I like Dak and I want him to break that most passing yards in a season record this year. But I will pick with others about him because some are so sensitive about about him. So I'm just picking with the pink-shirted Dak fans...the thin skinned.
