Each of these deals gave him the flexibility to spread the cap hit over more years than dak's demands. Having that ability helps the team. Not having it hurts the team. That should be as easy to understand as the pie chart. But not to some.

IF there is a shred of truth to this I mean no surprise, a somewhat hard two year negotiation where nothing happened and Dak has to play on a Tag. If this some coach throwing it out there as his opinion that needs to be stated, if its a credible source only 1 comes to mind on the current staff that would have the inside knowledge...

I post news articles I find that I believe will be interesting to some members. Just because I post something does not mean I agree with it.

As always, no one made you read it or this thread. I usually just skip threads that are on topics I do not care about or do not agree with.

this is the type of stuff we’ve wanted for a whole. A team that makes smart decisions based on knowledge not they’re heart.

they’re was a negotiation. We made more than a fair offer. Dak wants to bet on himself he has every right to.

Dak has a lot of talent around him. You want to say garret held him back I’d agree with you. But he has no excuse not to have a deep playoff run with this squad this year.

The defense is still a gigantic monstrous question mark so no a deep playoff run is not guaranteed.
