And some Cowboys fans want to believe that we are a Trevor Lawerence away from the issues with this team being solved, when it's all about the culture that Jerry Jones has allowed for the last 20+ years.

I'll take your point even further...sure, there may be some coaching issues over schematics, etc...but, my opinion is the NEW staff came in and got a BUNCH of the players out of their comfortably coddled environments that have been in place for at least the last 10 years and, like spoiled children, they're lashing out.
