Actually there was no drop off from Dak the way he played, if folks are honest against the best team in football with about the best D he did great not sure Dak does any better, he should start till the bottom falls out.
Dak would have done much better and we would have won this with him. Not taking anything away from Gilbert, he did what he could. However you dont compare him to the QB who carried this team without a defense.
I wouldn’t compare him to Dak but Dalton and his lack of mobility behind this OL might not last long. Gilbert had some game.
He folds against top Ds that’s his MO. Out come is the same a L.
At least we can play straight up with him instead of foolishness with Nooch.
Production against a top D is not Daks sting suit, it’s a toss up to me.
