That makes 7 so far. An amazing 20-25% turnover of the HC's every year and considering the tenure of Belichick, Payton, Reid, Carroll and Tomlin, it's really worse than that for the sacrificial lambs.

Who knows how it all went down, but if Philly wanted to push Pederson out, they made a mistake. He's a very capable coach who's been dealt some bad hands with injuries and Wentz's implosion. You're not going to find a more capable retread on the coaching market, and if you promote a young assistant, you're just hoping that he'd become what Pederson already is.
