Wonder what Eagles brass thought after the Moore interview.

They need not worry about us for a while lol?

Jerry's next genius passed over for a guy who didn't call plays.

Man, if I'm Duce Staley I'm pissed. You can bet that the players were rooting for Duce. This is going to cause a sharper wedge between the players and Wentz. If Wentz weren't in the equation they wouldn't be catering to him with their hire.

No he isn't, at least not anymore.

The problem with having to hire coordinators is that the good ones all move on, and you can't guarantee consistency. It's why guys like Payton, Reid and soon-to-be McVay and Shanahan will have so much staying power.

If you don't win with Xs and Os on offense, you're handicapping the entire team. Doesn't matter how good your leadership is if you can't score 30 a game.

there are good coordinators from college, other teams and promotions from position coaches. if you can't manage a team and the egos and personalities, your team is going to have issues imo. wade comes to mind. ideally you have both but if you have to pick something to cover up, xs and os is easier than leadership and management imo.

LOL. This guy didnt even call plays in Indy. You need some Zoloft man.

The majority of Dallas’ problems are based on a combination of factors, most of which include culture, Jerry’s GM meddling, injury and circumstance. Success MIGHT slow his whine, but until McCarthy, Quinn and Moore are gone, replaced by people he approves of, expect bitter diatribes as a common occurrence.

Lurie is doing that thing where you do something really unexpected so that if it turns out well, he can look like the smartest guy in the room.

We’re going to be decimated by our division for years to come. We have the worst coaching in the division by a long shot. That’s a smart, high risk, high reward choice. Big Mike was a high risk, low reward. Now with Quinn and Moore by his side? What a joke. Sad that Dallas went from a dynasty team in the 90’s to the Knicks of the NFL now.
You must be a lot of fun at parties

Exactly. Dude could be the next McVay or Lafleur. He’s a wildcard. High risk and reward type. Big Mike? A loser. His final seasons in GB with AARON RODGERS at QB and he still couldn’t get it done. If we have another losing season, McCarthy, Quinn, and possibly Moore are OUT. I guess it’s a win win either way it goes for us. Too bad Jerry will just hire another retread.

After having led the NFL in total yards and averaging 27 points per game in 2019, with his starting franchise QB, how do we know Kellen Moore
is not the next McVay or Laffeur ?.... ;)

It certainly seems like a hire to appease Wentz. If the rank and file wanted Staley, they are bound to be unhappy with this hire.

May potentially further erode the Philly locker room. Especially if Wentz gets off to a poor start next year.
