BYE troll!!

you arent real DC fan you come here disguised as one go drop to your knees and show the bucs your appreciation..im sure its not the first time

dont use OUR you dont get to claim DC fandom..go away troll
Calling me the troll. Real mature, I am a much bigger fan than you I can guarantee that.
You did not offer any feedback or rebuttal. You actually started the name calling, and vaseline or whatever you mentioned in your earlier post.
Go back to working for Jerry's social media post.
I will use us , our, because this is the only team I have loved and there is nothing that can be done to change it.

Don't fool yourself as you are the easiest to fool... something Feynman said. Jerry is the biggest fool as he believes he brought 3 titles to the Cowboys. It was the guy he fired 26 years ago.

Forget Brady, Arians & Todd Bowles.
The thing to realize is the franchise with the worst winning % in league history has two SB wins since the Cowboys have even made a championship game.
Our fans cry about tanking, rebuilding, getting worst to get better. I would take 20 years of Tampa vs the 20 years of the Dallas Cowboys.
Yea, but would you take 45 years of Tampa vs 60 years of Dallas?

Free agency matters.

The league has overvalued the draft and undervalued trades and free agency for a while now. The Rams (although they didn't win) have showed that 1st round picks can be leverage to build a team in creative ways.

Obviously the draft is incredibly valuable - getting a good player on a cheap contract is fantastic, but it isn't 2005 where the league is still figuring out how to build the cap or avoiding free agents.

Tom Brady takes up 13% of the cap. That's not bad for any quarterback, let alone Tom Brady. I don't even know what you mean with the others, but this one wasn't busted.

Don't know where you got your wrong information from. Even 13% would have been the new high.

Definitely busted.

You got the first one wrong in a big way. Brady playing for 25 mil. If anything, this proved your narrative wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ksk when it comes to you and me, I'm never the one that is wrong!!!!!!!!!!

Also the "Brady has always taken a discount" crowd taking huge L's

the front 7 and secondary play was light years beyond what we used to in our team. Means the DC Bowels is good considering their non- superstar players. The way they bottled up Hill , Kelce and attacked Mahomes all night was spectacular to watch.

Of course the offense under Byron and lead by GOAT didnt help too ( they were scoring TDs in lieu of FGs in spite of a goal line block , but the last min TD before halftime made up for that).

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
I learned the top 2 teams had winning stud tes and we're stuck in Mediocracy
Ahh, so the sole requirement for getting to the Super Bowl is a stud TE …

Obviously there is no one formula for being a contending team.

What I learned:
Defense still wins championships.
All 50 players and coaches must be on the same page.
In order to win Championships, there must be a Championship culture, a Championship mindset, a Championship plan (what's our plan?), a Championship minded General Manager, a Championship work ethic, team accountability, team discipline, team first me second, and have a Championship vibe in all areas of the organization.

Brady came to Tampa, no preseason, and got the job done. Why? He demands excellence. He basically elevates everyone around him. Mediocrity is not in his vocabulary or consciousness, and will not tolerate it.
Our Cowboys? There was a time we had a Championship mentality. And now? A team who did not even come to a fellow player's (Dalton in this case) defense when unnecessarily roughed up.

That number the guy used was based on the league salary cap, not Tampa Bay's salary cap, which was 204 million. To be exact, 13.7%. Try the math yourself. Not much higher than Brady's other SBs. See what % 28 million is against a 204 million cap. I'll give you a hint, it won't be 14.81%.

Which doesn't help your case even a little bit lmao.

you cannot just up and "forget " Arians, Brady and Bowles - that was the ingredients that prompted worst franchise in NFL starting with the Jamie Winston
overall draft .. new management ala HOFer John Lynch came in with his personnel-finance crew and they set a foundation stage that set up
recruits like Brady, Gronk and Antonio Brown ... they got a legit HC and a legit DC and they went out and got legendary Tom Brady who all his does is Win Championships ..and now its now just a Bill Belly NE Pats regime either.

and it's not like Bucs rolled dominantly thru the NFL season - they ended up wild cards and they flat out beat the best teams in NFL
including Packers and high powered Chiefs ...even Rodgers crew were far more competitive than the Chiefs in this SB.

Not every team can up and be like the Bucs ... just ask Detroit Lions

Excellent post but Lynch is the GM of the Niners. Jason Licht is Bucs GM.

The Cowboys are not even close to competing for a Championship.
Good question and it leads me to a question:
How close were they last year?
Edit: I mean the Bucs, just to make sure.
Two years ago?

I'm not being a punk, I really don't know since I don't follow them.

I think it's a good question to ask.

The Bucs were hamstrung by a turnover machine playing QB. They have had a really good roster of talent. Brady and Todd Bowles were the perfect storm of high quality, value add talent that the Bucs could ever have hoped for.
