The Titans took Isaah Wilson with the 29th overall pick in the 2020 draft. He's a complete knucklehead and didn't play. They are moving toward a divorce. GM called him out and he says he's done with the Titans. I'd normally say they wouldn't cut bait yet but the GM just called him out. This is the ultimate Jerry move. I'd offer our extra 4th and hook this guy up with Rob Davis - this is literally why Davis is on staff!

Wilson got some money and his immaturity really showed but at 6'7" 340 he projects as a smothering RT, a decent LT, and an intriguing G prospect. I'd definitely move a few of those supplemental picks for this guy.

Is the reward worth the risk? Huge red flags with this guy. I imagine many teams would part with a 4th rounder or more for him. I'm guessing it will take more to trade for him.

I'd definitely give Tenn a call. Throw around a few names like Trysten Hill and Jaylon Smith :) Tenn needs defense line help.

I like this idea. Certainly worth an extra 4th gamble.

Not sure I'd give up a fourth for a guy his team may want to get rid of a year after drafting him in the first round. Maybe a sixth or a seventh. After all, for a variety of reasons, he only played four snaps.

As people can see, not easy being a GM and making trade decisions like this. Need to compete with 30 other teams. Project potential. Get to the bottom of what happened. What do you offer? A 4th rounder is not getting it done unless the guy is a total nutcase. Seattle and Philly are desperate for OL help. So are other teams. Seattle just lost Iupati to retirement.

Do you offer up La'el Collins in a trade? Good OT coming off who-knows-what surgery and maybe nearing the end of his career. Save some money on the cap and get someone with potential but a huge red flag mentally.

Oooh oooh another immature lineman! Trysten Hill isnt enough.
But aren't they all young immature pups when drafted?
We forget that these young drafted players are so very young,, we are spoiled that we draft players so mature beyond their age like Tyron Smith.
Yet fans are so over eager to rid themselves of such talent.
Makes you wonder who is really immature.
Dont take this as directed @stilltheguru, I only responded to your post in agreement, and went off on my usual tangent, nothing negative intended.

Why is Hill immature?

It was a red flag coming of college. If I remember correctly the reason he wasn’t able to garner allot of playing time was because he was in the dog house. Then in his rookie year he slept threw a speech and showed some other flashes of immaturity.

Yea but not all drafted immature pups are benched in college for being an immature pup and then emulate the same immaturity in the pro level. When they do its usually a bad sign. Not always, but usually.

I'll reserve judgement.
