Only the Dak haters here make this thread relevant to be posted in the Fan Zone, otherwise, it belongs in the NFL Zone. Haters want Dak traded away and thus think a trade for Wilson makes sense.

 It's a bad idea.
haters of other topics post stuff in the fan zone so it's all good if the rest of the haters want to post their stuff here too. We're all haters, not mods, so if it stays then it stays. Hate on!

I don’t completely disagree with you. It’s not ideal for sure. I’m just saying doing so does not eliminate teams from competing for championships.

And I think it’s far worse paying big money to running backs.

No arguments there.
Yes,,, I pound my head,,,:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
TYPHUS number 1 rule,.... Never ever pay a second contract to a RB ever!!!!!! This isnt the 90's!

He's 32 years old.
His contract runs through 2023 season, when he'll be 34....hmmm....
If both teams are interested, I'd do it.
And I would still try to draft a top 5 QB prospect in April.

And that's what I try to tell people that say that these big contracts from QB's are messing up teams. Its really not. I don't know if there's a correlation to teams who pay QB's go all in and just make stupid moves or what.....but Rams have made some poor moves. Eagles for sure have. Falcons.....these teams not only draft poor but make some insane trades to make up for drafting poor. That's a recipe for disaster.
Yeah, but that's one of the problems, Rocy. Higher salaries leave you less room for errors. And the draft is not a perfect sense by any stretch of the imagination, injuries happen, and FA's often don't work out. So, huge salaries leave you less margin for error. It is part of what messes up teams. Not all by any means, but it is a factor.

There are countless reasons why Wilson will remain in Seattle for at least one more season. Wilson signed a record-breaking four-year, $140 million deal to stay w/the Seahawks in April 2019. Remember?!
And has been whining and complaining ever since.

Ciara and her hubby like the cities of New York, Miami, New Orleans, and Las Vegas.
They are all cities that people go to visit....vacation hubs or in NY (for Ciara) top of the universe.

I live in Dallas and like the city, but it for sure is not a vacation-type city.

Their list, I assume, does not take cap into consideration.

Maybe no state income tax is taken into consideration?

The Seahawks might be the worst run team in football. Wilson has been saving them for years.

They've hit on 1 first-round pick since 2013, and that player is Germain Ifedi. The problem isn't, and has never been Wilson's contract, it's the fact that they can't draft.
actually cowboys have been just as bad....15 years, 44 defensive picks and 1 impact player, namely Lawrence....we have missed on 43 players...

It is hard to draft good, when your team is 10-6 or better each year and usually in playoffs.
The firsts they gave up for adams, the one this year will be around # 25.
A good comparison would be 2017 draft for dallas after a 13-3 season.
2017 draft
* not great but have played and stayed on team lol
3 of them helped us to be the among the worst defense's in league last year
Round 1 (No. 28) DE Taco Charlton
Round 2 (No. 60): CB Chidobe Awuzie *
Round 3 (No. 92): CB Jourdan Lewis *
Round 4 (No. 133): WR Ryan Switzer
Round 6 (No. 191): S Xavier Woods *
Round 6 (No. 216): CB Marquez White
Round 7 (No. 228): DT Joey Ivie
Round 7 (No. 239): WR Noah Brown * decent player but rarely used.
Round 7 (No. 248): DE Jordan Carrell
this draft was heavy on defensive players, but we picked so low none were very good.
these became our secondary lol.

We're on the list.

If I was wilson, I would take less to go to washington, or the saints, the saints are a golden spot, good offense, and good defense.
wash has the defense, just need a qb and 1 good wr and a good rb or 2.

A) This is an excellent draft except for Taco
B) Whiffing on all of your first-round picks doesn't have anything to do with where you pick.

This is entirely wrong lol.

A good way to know whether or not anyone pays attention to the entire league is asking how they think the Cowboys draft.

This is true but this is the case regardless. Your odds of hitting on draft picks and free agents doesn't increase with more money. Let's remember the Buccaneers used their cap space wisely and hit on some draft picks. It wasn't made possible because they had the money. Jaguars have money every year. Jets have money very year. It fails.

Rams should've never traded all of their 1st rounders. That correlates to why they stink because they could've easily replaced Goff with some of those picks or did whatever else they wanted.
