Many different opinions on RG, but to be expected. I am glad he has a chance to have a full off-season with the team. Nothing hanging in limbo on any suspensions or reinstatements or how many games. That will help tremendously especially with a new DC and better scheme.

I am not expecting miracles or record setting sack stats. I just want some good solid football to help the defense. I think 8 to 10 sacks would be a great season for him, exceeding expectations actually. Being there for 17 games plus any playoff games. Also seems RG is decent against the run, better than most think, so it is not just his pass rush skills or potential that comes into play here.

What if DLaw and RG has 25 sacks between them, no matter how they are divided up, 20-5, 12.5 each, 15-10, would fans be happy? Is that number high, or too low. what about 20 total or 30 total? Then others get sacks also for when those 2 are doubled teamed or just don't have a sack for a game or 2. We just don't know how DQ's defense will be all the time, depending the opponents offense.

You're on fire today so I'm chasing you around lol.

I'm one of the few that appreciates DLaws game, and Gregory ought to seriously benefit from that this season.

He is a top 5-10 draft pick type talent, and would have been if the rules were the same then as they are now.

If he can stay healthy for all 17 games, I expect big numbers from him....the type that no one is counting on.

Watch and see if this guy isn't a must sign when the season ends.

I'll give Randy the benefit of the doubt and wish him well. He has a chance to log a full season. Let's hope he makes the most of it!
