Might we see a backup QB signed before the season?

I’d rather just tank and get the best QB available round 1. None of these backups will have us competing at a decent level anyway.

could’ve had Brady for 25 million a year instead we gave 40 million a year to an injury prone average QB.

We were never getting Brady... He isn't that stupid. Dude went deep in analyzing where he was going. He only had to glimpse at us, to take that destination off the board lol.

From what I can find, Gilbert threw two interceptions, to Thompson and to Brown. He also threw an interception to Thompson in one-on-ones, but one of the writers at camp said the pass went through Dowdle's hands. Rush threw one to Parsons. And DiNucci had two (Canady, Mukuamu), although the last one was a third-and-15 effort with the game-clock winding down, so he may have just forced it. (At least one writer blamed DiNucci for Rush's interception, which made it look like he had three.)

Interesting but you do know at the same time, in practice in training camp, you don't throw anything away.....so there is that too... I saw some of the passes from Gilbert. Not bad..

Hooray! Finally, it's taken until just 2 months before the season begins before someone has mentioned tanking. What took so damn long?

Ahh, so now the real reason for the disappearing act becomes apparent. Jerry just paid 40 million to Mr interception machine. I too would hide my face in shame. 'Dak, just tell the media your arm is sore'.

But you know they aren't drafting a QB in the 1st round.

Maybe you guys a looking at this the wrong way. Just maybe Dallas has great QBS who were beat by phenomenal defensive play?

I think we'd have to trade to get a good one, but I support that.

We definitely need to address the position. Ppl say it won't matter at that point, if Dak is out. But it could be just a couple games, and those couple games could mean the playoffs.

I think they sign another arm shortly to keep DiNucci and Gilbert from throwing their arms off with Prescott and Rush out nursing injuries.

We should if we want to win any games if Prescott goes down for a few games.

Maybe there’s the possibility we don’t want to win games if he goes down ? Something that might create a QB controversy.

yes but closer to real season when cuts happen. Better choices will be avaible..im hoping foles gets cut or they take 6 for him id go get him..
