so we should go by stats and rankings? is that acceptable? or do we pick and choose which stats and rankings we like and which ones we want to dismiss?

you anger and hatred will never replace reality. your angry emotional bias always overrules logic....

This is after the 2019 season, his alleged “elite” season when Dak was sacked a whopping like 23 times, despite being sixth in attempts, meaning playing with an OL multiple times better than any of these guys, particularly in pass blocking.

now let it rest.. Daks improved and what hes done coming off not one but two major injuries and starts out the season like this is impressive! he was supposed to be rusty and be restless in the pocket..he was not..

No, because the data supports what I stated.

Dak was completely risk averse against a heavy zone coverage, while against TB it was basically exclusively man. 48 of Dak’s yards in SD came off a CeeDee Lamb dump off to end the half, meaning he basically threw for 170 yards. He didn’t throw a single TD and he basically drove the bus.

Herbert basically had two TDs taken away, one his WR slipped and that was clear zone in the red zone.

your point? your point? you are obviously picking and choosing a very tight pigeon hole size item and analyzing it to death...

what's you point?

you say he is risk averse against zone and plays better against man. so explain why he has been among top passing leaders in most QB statistical categories....are you saying NFL DCs are stupid? and you know more than them?

I'm not angry or hateful. I just don't like the way you and a few of your buds in particular go about things as compared to others. As I've said other days, I'm more than willing to go back and forth with others on here regarding the same topics you try and go back and forth with me about. I just don't do it with you because you're disrespectful to other opinions and you try (and fail) to come off as more knowledgeable than them. When at the end of the day you're just a insanely biased fan that can't handle people that are able to look at things objectively.

Basically, you're too emotional and you can't allow other to have opinions without getting sensitive and trying to prove them wrong with nothing in your arsenals except your feels.

He can't be good he's not still on his rookie contract since that seems to be what many on here are worried about the most, not talent.

Even Dak-stans are basically admitting Dak’s stats were average, so they have shifted the narrative to the fact that this was all be design and Dak ran the game-plan flawlessly.

They can’t simply say Dak is a risk-averse QB against zone.

His biggest groupies even tried reaching and brought a tweet that had the video of play many argue that he “goes through his progressions quickly”, which doesn’t prove their case, because CeeDee Lamb had the whole middle open in cover 2 zone. He went down to his safest route, which was Pollard in the flat, which once against supports the point.

And like I’ve been saying as nauseum, Dak basically is a Checkdown Charlie taking down the underneath in zone, which is exactly what he did this game with Pollard.

The guy is surrounded by talent on every level. Any decent NFL Qb talent could exploit whatever looks this guy is getting, with the pass and run blocking this team has.

Does that mean he’s not playing better than he had in his 6 years? “Wow, the improvement is immense”. Is it though? Is there any sustained success on a personal level for Dak that he’s overcome his typical limitations?

no, you are a very angry person. you work so hard to keep it in check and try not show the emotion and something little happens and you just jump. you can't help yourself.....you find a slightest thing and just go off and post to no end...not sure what the source of all these pent up negative emotions are, but its not healthy man. its not healthy. you got to let it go....

and if you expect respect. you have to give it. I have always always always treated you exactly as how you treated me. I copied and pasted what you accused me of and pointed it right back at you and you got angry. you threw a tantrum. you got insulting.

and seemingly you accuse rockport, me or several others who may say something good about Dak's game, and intrepret it as a dak-lover and saying he is great or whatever...yet you jump to the defense of this clown and getting all emotional about it

I have been the least emotional person to date on this. yet, it seems its the one ammo dak bashers and closet dak haters use..."oh, you are so emotional"....you sound like a 5th grade girl with that line of posting....grow up.

So your basically admitting that all the criticism of Dak, up to this point, is justified. But this season erases all the justified criticism of past?

I'm not jumping to anyone's defense. I just think people should know how you operate so they don't waste much time on you.

You're resorting to calling me a "5th grade girl" because what I said triggered you and now you're an emotional and sensitive mess doing all you can to hold it together.

It's okay to disagree with people. Do it with respect, and preferably better sentence structure, so it can be easier to take seriously.
